1. Order & Tracking
How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track Order" page to see the real-time status of your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
I ordered multiple items, but only one has arrived. Where is the rest? To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products from different warehouses. Don’t worry—the rest of your "Vault" haul is on its way!
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We currently provide pan-India shipping. We are working on expanding to international locations soon!
How long does shipping take?

3. Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return? Simply reach out to us via our Contact Us page or email support@okavault.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send out a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Are your products authentic? Yes. Every product at OkaVault is sourced directly from verified manufacturers. We focus on "Honest Materials" to ensure that what you see is exactly what you get.
Why are these products "Trending"? Our team monitors global innovation and social media trends to find products that solve specific problems. We only list items that pass our internal quality and utility tests.
